Man Made Card - LiveVideo.com

Link: Man Made Card - LiveVideo.com.  Oh my Goodness!!! you have to see this quick video of a man making a card. Maybe you have to be married to a tool man to appreciate this like i do. But I really love this, and can hardly wait for tool man Jeff to see this. He has been teasing me with this stuff for years now, threatening to make a scrapbook page or a card with his tools. too funny!

She has arrived to bless our lives

This is my new granddaughter born September 11, 2007 at 5:37pm. She weighed over 8 pounds. And that is my oldest son's hand that she is holding, because he is her Dad. He has good hands and he will help her along her path and help her to discover her way back to her Heavenly FatherQuinn. When I held his little hand, I didn't realize, I just didn't realize.

On a serious note, they have named her   Quinn Ariana....gasp....yuk. Poor little thing. What kind of a name is that?  yuk. But did they ask me?  NO  do they care if I like it? NO  sigh......

Ok I did some research on the name Quinn - It's an Irish name meaning descendant of Con  or a variation of Quenton meaning 5th born child- yuk

Children's organization

Landons_new_tins_by_barbdean_1_3I found this great idea for organizing children on All in a Day,  a blog by Barb Dean. This is made using primary colors simply scrappin kit from Stampin' up. Imagine using this set at school too.

try a new one

Here is a link to a brand new blogger who is also a stampin' up demonstrator. She has a picture going to the convention in Australia! If you look at her picture, she doesn't look old enough to have been a demonstrator for 12 years does she?  of course everyone is starting to look younger to me. teehee  new blog

Good read for organization

I read this E book last week, hoping to find a solution to my chaos.. I thought it was helpful, and would recommend it. It came with a workbook that I used to make some discoveries. I have considered seeking the services of a professional to get me started in the ways of organization. I thought their site was informative. simplify101

Organization frustration

ScraproomI am trying to get a reign on my workroom. As I was looking for inspiration, I found this great room at Better Homes and gardens. I noticed the Stampin' Up stamp pad caddy right away!  I just received mine in the mail. I had something that was working, and thought it was a luxury, not, have to, item. I already love it. What a big difference. It has a smaller footprint and I am not so likely to place something in front of it, that has to be moved every time I need a stamp pad. I was using a wooden cassette rack, napa valley crate.  It turns easily, and the pads sit very neatly. For 57.95, It is a steal! If you would like to increase your organization, giving you more time to actually stamp, order one today. maggie@stampingwithmaggie.com
