Three and we were out- numbered - a challenge

ThreesbThis is a page I made of my first three children. the picture was taken in 1987.  The oldest has three children of his own, and I have yet to be able to get a picture of them together. He has a big challenge ahead of him too.

I remember feeling very overwhelmed with the three, even more so than adding the fourth and fifth.

I want to note that I crosstitched the yoke on Katie's dress and made the outfit and shirts for the boys to match in color for their picture. After that I was doing great to get them clean and fed in a reasonable fashion.   Oh Boy!

Very cute page Maggie, I love that the paper coordinates with their shirts!

Great page Maggie! Your kids were super cute!

I am from a family of five kids also...We have one picture of the first three of us (me with my older two brothers) in outfits Mom made for us - a lot like this photo! Like you said, once the younger two came along, photos did not include handmade clothes. Well done to the two super moms!

Great page, Maggie. I love that collage guy who makes that paper. It's so nice to document your kids lives. That's why I started collecting paper in the first place...uh-oh, seven years later and all I have to show for it is a LOT of paper! HA

You do a wonderful job with your scrapbook pages. I admire those who scrapbook. Great photo's.

GReat page - you always do such a grat job with your pages ;-)
